We offer Standard, Express, and Rush processing options for Digital Arrival Card applications. Estimated processing times are provided as guidelines and may vary.

• Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery commitments

• Submission of an application does not guarantee approval by immigration authorities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrival.Cards Portal shall not be liable for:

• Delays or denials by government immigration authorities
• Denial of entry at any border or immigration checkpoint
• Refusal of boarding by any airline or transport provider
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific application in question.
